I have the biggest crush on a little line called Erdem. Erdem’s Spring 2011 offerings are whimsical, yet edited. Flirtatiously feminine, yet clean and simple. Designer Erdem Moralioglu’s beautfiul choices this season were unsurprising, given his past feats.
Using dirndl styling, decadent and bright botanical prints and strategic sheers, Erdem has stolen my heart once again. The looks were capped with round-the-head milkmaid braids and ballerina-inspired shoes.

Another image from Anna Sui’s Spring 2011 show. Remember this one? I love this whole look, right down to the dried flower crown.

A few of my favorites from Marchesa’s Spring 2011 presentation at New York Fashion Week. Is there anything Keren Craig and Georgina Chapman can’t do? Evening gowns are the perfect canvas for innovation, and yet so many designers simply do the same (albeit tried and true) thing over and over again. Marchesa always surprises, and is, impossibly, getting better with time.
Also, sign me up for a lace jumpsuit, please!

Loving Vera Wang’s Spring 2011 collection, especially the sexy neo-pannier peplum action. It takes a lot of effort to make a clean drape look, well, effortless.

Beautiful detailing at Mulberry’s Spring 2011 show. This dress is astounding.

I am in love with this dress from Jill Stuart’s Spring 2011 show. Can’t you tell?

Binetti, Spring 2011. Loving the ruffles, the ruckling and the decidedly 70’s silhouettes.

Punched leather makes a statement at Herve Leger’s Spring 2011 show. Hard-edged, soft-voiced, and so so lovely.
