I have the biggest crush on a little line called Erdem.  Erdem’s Spring 2011 offerings are whimsical, yet edited.  Flirtatiously feminine, yet clean and simple.  Designer Erdem Moralioglu’s beautfiul choices this season were unsurprising, given his past feats.

Using dirndl styling, decadent and bright botanical prints and strategic sheers, Erdem has stolen my heart once again.  The looks were capped with round-the-head milkmaid braids and ballerina-inspired shoes.

One of my temp job duties is to peruse StyleSight for design inspiration.  You may ask yourself “How much inspiration does a shirt designer need, really?” A lot.  There’s just too much out there, and the slightest variation in length or cut can make or break an order.
Case in point: we all own a white shirt, right?  But when’s the last time you saw a white organza shirt that didn’t have buttons down the front, predictable sleeves and overkill princess seaming?  Anyway, I spotted this beauty on StyleSight last week and couldn’t get it out of my head.  So here it is!

I’ve loved this bustier since I saw Demi Moore wearing on the cover of Elle.

Anyone know who the designer is?
