Lovely sculpted resin shoes by Alexander McQueen, for the fairy queen in every one of us.
From Fashionising:
The fashion house of Alexander McQueen illustrates just how design brilliance doesn’t end at the ankles, but goes all the way till the bottom of the feet.
These intricately designed wedges, part of the McQueen spring 2011 collection, are a classic embodiment of artistic surrealism. The crisp, but gentle flower petals curve around the edges of the leather platform creating a perfect balance between design and wearability. Almost exhibiting a Grecian bride look, this creation by Sarah Burton is a true amalgamation of fashion and art.

Extra! Extra!
I’ve discovered my new obsession: this beautiful bag from Alexander McQueen’s Spring 2011 line. Any time botanical imagery shows up in accessories, I get a little giddy inside.
